Paul Bulcke has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nestlé SA since April 2017. He is Vice Chairman of L’Oréal (FR) and Board member of Roche Holding Ltd (CH). He is Chairman of the World Economic Forum’s Community of Chairpersons (WEF), member of the European Round Table for Industry (ERT), the Board of Trustees of Avenir Suisse and JP Morgan International Council, as well as Co-Chairman of the 2030 Water Resources Group.
Professional experience from positions in the food, beverage and hygiene/beauty care industries at Nestlé. Paul has 24 years of senior leadership experience including responsibility for Zone Americas (US, Canada, Latin America and Caribbean), where he played a decisive role in transforming this region into the Group’s largest and most profitable territory. In 2008 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer. At the end of 2016 he handed over the office of CEO and was elected Chairman of the Board of Nestlé SA in April 2017.
Rona Fairhead (The Baroness Fairhead CBE) is Chairman of Electrocomponents plc, a Non-Executive Director and Member of the Finance and Audit Committee of Oracle Corporation, a director of SurvivorNet (healthcare start-up), member of the External Advisory Group, McKinsey & Co and a Member of the House of Lords. Baroness Fairhead was previously the Chairman and CEO of the Financial Times Group.
John Manzoni is Chairman of SSE, the UK utility, Chair Elect of the Atomic Weapons Establishment, a non- departmental UK Government body central to the UK’s nuclear defence strategy and Continuous at Sea Deterrent. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Diageo plc, and serves on the Global Leadership Council of the Said Business School.
Claudio Costamagna is Executive Chairman of CC & Soci and he sits on the Board of FTI Consulting, a business advisory group listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and three Italian private companies: Italiana Petroli SpA, Finarvedi SpA, holding company of the Arvedi Group and Salini Costruttori SpA, holding company of the Italian industrial group Webuild.
