Glen Moreno is Non-Executive Director of Fidelity International Ltd, one of the world’s leading investment companies.
Glen Moreno was Chairman of Pearson plc, a global publishing and educational business, was Chairman of Virgin Money plc and served as Acting Chairman of UK Financial Investments, the organisation created to manage the UK government’s investment in troubled banks.
Glen has previously held positions as a Senior Independent Director and Deputy Chairman of Lloyds Banking Group plc, Deputy Chairman of the Financial Reporting Council, Director of Grupo Prisa SA, and a Senior Advisor to HSBC Holdings plc. Glen was Senior Independent Director of Man Group plc and was involved in the successful demerger of Man’s traditional commodities trading business to focus on financial services.
From 1987 to 1991 he was Chief Executive of Fidelity International Limited, where he still serves as a Non-Executive Director. He led the company’s international expansion, including the launch of the hallmark global product range, Fidelity Funds. Prior to Fidelity Glen had spent over 18 years with Citigroup Inc holding senior positions in Europe and Asia.
Sir Peter Bazalgette is Chairman of ITV plc and the Chairman of Lovecraft Group ltd, a venture-backed e-commerce company. He is also a Non-Executive Director of UK Research and Innovation, and an Advisory Board member of Bartle Bogle Hegarty ltd. Sir Peter is also Honorary Professor of Creative Industries at the University of Manchester.
Gunnar Brock is Chairman of Stena AB, Neptunia Invest AB and Mölnlycke Health Care AB. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director of ABB Ltd, Patricia Industries AB and Investor AB. Gunnar was Chairman of Stora Enso after having been the CEO of Tetra Pak AB, Alfa Laval AB, Thule AB and President and Chief Executive Officer of Atlas Copco AB.
