Glen Moreno is Non-Executive Director of Fidelity International Ltd, one of the world’s leading investment companies.
Glen was Chairman of Pearson plc, a global publishing and educational business, was Chairman of Virgin Money plc and served as Acting Chairman of UK Financial Investments, the organisation created to manage the UK government’s investment in troubled banks.
Glen has previously held positions as a Senior Independent Director and Deputy Chairman of Lloyds Banking Group plc, Deputy Chairman of the Financial Reporting Council, Director of Grupo Prisa SA, and a Senior Advisor to HSBC Holdings plc. He was Senior Independent Director of Man Group plc and was involved in the successful demerger of Man’s traditional commodities-trading business to focus on financial services.
From 1987 to 1991 Glen was Chief Executive of Fidelity International Ltd, where he still serves as a Non-Executive Director. He led the company’s international expansion, including the launch of the hallmark global-product range, Fidelity Funds. Prior to Fidelity Glen had spent over 18 years with Citigroup Inc., holding senior positions in Europe and Asia.
Birger Magnus is the Chairman of the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation and is a Board member of Harvard Business Publishing. He is also Chairman of Working Group Two AS, a JV between Cisco and Telenor ASA. He is Chairman of high growth companies in the digital arena including the start-ups Oda, Xeneta AS And Spond AS.
William (Bill) Green is the former CEO and Chairman of Accenture. He is currently the Chairman of Syniti, and Chairman for GTY Technology Holdings Inc. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at Dell Technologies, S&P Global, Inovalon (a provider of data analytics, intervention and reporting platforms to the healthcare industry) and Advisor360° (a provider of a unified, integrated software suite for wealth management).
Baroness Sarah Hogg is currently a Senior Independent Director of Royal Mail plc. She holds a Non-Executive Directorship at The Times Newspaper Holdings Limited. Baroness Hogg has extensive experience of business, government and the media, having worked at the highest level in all three sectors.
