Val Gooding is Senior Independent Director at Vodafone Group and Queen’s Trustee on the Board of Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew. Val was formerly CEO of Bupa, Chairman of Premier Farnell plc, and Chairman of Aviva Insurance UK.

Hans Dalborg is currently Honorary Chairman of Nordea Bank.
Industry Knowledge
Hans Dalborg served as Chairman of the Board of Nordea Bank AB in 2002, a post he held until 2011. He started his career at the Skandia Group and held various positions including CEO of Skandia International Insurance Corp. In 1989 he became Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice-President of the Skandia Group.
He was appointed CEO of Nordbanken AB in 1991. After the merger with the Finnish bank Merita he became the CEO of Merita Nordbanken AB and later CEO of Nordea Bank AB (following mergers with a Danish and Norwegian bank).
Hans has been Chairman of the Board of the Swedish Corporate Governance Board, Uppsala University, the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA), ÅF Group and the hi-tech company IZettle.
He has also been a Board member of Medivir AB, Axel Johnson AB, Svenska Spel AB, AxFast AB and a member of the European Roundtable of Financial Services (EFR).
Sir Tom McKillop
Sir Tom McKillop was previously CEO of Astra Zeneca, Chairman of the Royal Bank of Scotland and a Non-Executive Director of BP. He is currently Vice-Chairman of Almirall SA, an international pharmaceutical company headquartered in Spain.

Laura Cha is Chairman of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd and Chairman of Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp Ltd. She is a Non-Executive Director of HSBC Holdings plc. and the London Metal Exchange Limited.
Professor Dr Óscar Fanjul
Oscar Fanjul is Vice Chairman at LafargeHolcim and at Ferrovial. He remains Honorary Chairman of Repsol. Oscar Fanjul is currently the Vice Chairman of Omega Capital and is also a Non-Executive Director of Marsh & McLennan Companies Inc.
