The world has changed at an unprecedented pace over this past year, driving innovation and virtual connectivity like never before. Having sources of wise counsel and experienced sounding-boards has always been important to senior executives, but never more so than in the last 12 months, as they have grappled with the unparalleled challenges of Covid.

CMi’s ability to adapt by embracing virtual mentoring gave leaders access to truly unique and invaluable external input from highly experienced global Chairs at the time of greatest need.
