Over his many years in executive search, Krister saw first-hand the challenges faced by senior management when they stepped up to the biggest roles in the business world. This experience inspired him to create CMi – the world's leading organisation dedicated to mentoring top executives.
In 2002, Krister left executive search to form a small group of international Chairmen offering mentoring services to new - and aspiring - CEOs. This unique concept quickly became established and CMi grew steadily year on year, with more Mentors and more clients, covering more countries.
17 years later, CMi is a truly global business with 62 international Mentors serving on Boards in over 33 countries, with more than 300 clients from every corner of the globe.
Krister was an extraordinary individual who created an exceptional and unique concept. He has left a lasting legacy that continues to flourish.
